We mainly process data that you give us yourself through a form, by e-mail, by phone or when booking a service:

• first name and surname, or company name,
• e-mail address and phone number,
• departure, return or booking dates,
• pick-up place, destination, route and number of passengers,
• the content of your message or notes in the form,
• data needed to issue an order, contract or invoice.

• Enquiries and general communication are kept for no more than 12 months after the last contact, unless they lead to an order or contract.
• Data related to an order, contract or booking is kept for the duration of the contract and then for as long as needed to protect legal claims.
• Accounting and tax documents are kept for the period required by law.
• Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn, unless stated otherwise.

We share personal data only to the extent necessary with these categories of recipients:

• our accountant or accounting service provider,
• IT administrators and people who keep the system running,
• public authorities where required by law,
• contractual partners or drivers where needed to provide a specific trip or service,
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) – only if you have consented to analytics cookies.

The website does not embed third-party content (maps, videos or social media buttons). Links to our Google, Facebook and Instagram profiles are ordinary links – their operators process data only once you click the link, under their own privacy policies.

The website font (Inter) is loaded from our own server, not from Google Fonts.

When services of large technology providers are used, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are to be based on appropriate safeguards, for example an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure traffic and improve the website. Analytics cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) are stored only after you give your consent in the cookie banner; without consent, full measurement does not take place and no analytics cookies are stored.

• legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
• lifetime of analytics cookies: up to 2 years,
• processing may involve a transfer of data to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of an adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework),
• you can withdraw or change your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the website footer – measurement stops immediately and we delete the analytics cookies from your browser.

Strictly necessary technical data (your dark mode preference and your cookie choice) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage), is not sent anywhere and does not require consent.

Providing data through a form is voluntary. Without the details needed to contact you, price your trip or make a booking, however, we may not be able to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or provide the service you ordered.

We do not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling that would have legal effects or similarly significant effects on you.

Under the conditions of the GDPR, you have in particular the right:

• of access to your personal data,
• to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
• to erasure,
• to restriction of processing,
• to object to processing,
• to data portability, where applicable,
• to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent,
• to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Slovakia: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).
