Contract staff transport is the most demanding service a transport company provides – it has to run every day, to the minute, regardless of weather, breakdowns or a driver falling ill. That is exactly why we have provided it for industrial companies in the region for many years.

There is no room for improvisation in contract transport. We have back-up vehicles and drivers, so when something goes wrong, the shift still gets to work.

The set-up is always individual: the route, pick-up points, times based on the start and end of shifts, vehicle capacity and invoicing. The terms are fixed in a contract for the agreed period, so you have certainty on price.

Besides regular routes we also handle one-off events – team building, training, company parties and transport for business partners. Foreign companies and HR departments are welcome to contact us in English.

First we need a list of pick-up points, the number of employees and the shift times. Based on that we propose the route, vehicle and price. Once approved, we sign a contract with an agreed term and pricing conditions.

We have back-up vehicles and drivers. In case of a breakdown we send a replacement so the shift starts on time. This is the main reason a company with a single coach can't handle contract transport.

Yes. We usually start with a shorter trial period during which times and pick-up points are fine-tuned to actual attendance.

In most cases it is an expense incurred to generate income, but the specific assessment is for your accountant or tax adviser – we will issue a proper invoice with all the required details.
