School trips are a large part of our work and we drive the same schools year after year – the best report card we could ask for. We know how school trips go: late boarding, children who forget something and a programme that never runs exactly to plan.

We pick up right outside the school, our drivers are used to working with children and follow the instructions of the supervising teachers. Our coaches have air conditioning, seat belts and enough room for luggage and shared supplies.

Dates in May and June are booked first – if you are planning a trip for the end of the school year, it pays to get in touch in autumn or winter. We are happy to hold a date for you even before the whole programme is settled.

The quote is free and we can prepare it in a form you can show to parents or the school's founder – with the price per pupil.

What people ask most often

Ideally 3 to 6 months in advance if you are planning a trip in May or June. Those are the busiest months of the year and free vehicles are hard to find. Outside that period 2–3 weeks is enough.

Yes, that is how we prepare it as standard – the total price and the price per person based on the number of children signed up. It's a format you can send straight to parents.

Small changes don't matter – the price is based on the vehicle and route, not the number of seats. If the number changes significantly and a different vehicle would be better, we will get in touch and agree an adjustment.

Our touring coaches have seat belts on the seats. Mention it when booking for a school and we will confirm the specific vehicle we will use.

Driver breaks are set by law and we plan them in advance to fit your programme – usually during lunch or a sightseeing visit. As long as we know about them beforehand, they affect neither the price nor the schedule.
